Best first person and multiplayer game

My kids love the game and would play it all day long. I dont love $52 of gems & coins gone after an iPad reset. Ive contacted Rilisoft several times with no reply. Its very frustrating. Ive never run into this problem with other apps.

I know that you need money to make the game better, but I play the game soooo much and I would like if you would make a better way to earn gems by playing, even if its like one per hour or half hour, just please!!! I play the game so much and I still am overpowered by everybody because they all spent so much money on the game, last thing: I FEEL LIKE YOU NERFED THE "DEAD STAR" I USED TO GO AROUND AND LIKE 3 OR 4 SHOT SOMEONE, BUT NOW IT TAKES LIKE 8 OR 9 SHOTS, WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?!

I used to be playing this game a lot I was waiting for the new update during Christmas that was when I was good and this game is good because no requirements AWESOME!

I think the game is great and all but I would really like it if I have better internet connection and if on new updates you would give players free coins or gems so we could buy the awesome new weapons in the update.Thats all I would like but please make more updates because besides that I (in my opinion) think the game is awesome.Also the Storm Hammer is to OP and I do not like that and the range is way way to far so please change that because it is very unfair and impossible to get good gameplay.

Ok first thing is wow this game finally paid off whuch means its better than before it plays really smooth and never lags on ios 9&8 i have 9.3.1 but keep up the good work and make it too were you get 2 trys on the little box

This game is great! It is the best thing you could get called a pixel style shooter. It has amazing weapons, and updated system of levels, anything you want!
